Find out where your store is losing money.

Your security cameras record everything: who came in, what they walked past, how long they waited to pay. Aspen reads a week of that footage and hands you a report you can act on.

You pay after you have read it. Nothing to buy, nothing to install. Your report is ready in five business days.

Live in 11 stores across two design partners, apparel and jewelry.

The camera already on your ceiling is Aspen. Hover over the model, or drag sideways on a phone, to move through three days of a store's footage.

Three things your register can't tell you.

When you are losing sales

Your busiest hours, your dead hours, and the hours where a full store still does not buy. So you staff and schedule where it pays.

A sales associate helping a shopper into a jacket on a store floor.
One associate on the floor at the right hour is the fix. In the sample store, the 3 pm peak runs on one, so Tuesday's second shift moves to cover it.

What shoppers really do

Which displays stop people, which corners get walked past, and how many shoppers picked something up and put it back.

A store floor seen from a ceiling camera, with each shopper traced as a thin white figure and faces blurred.
What our software sees: each shopper as a figure and a footprint on the floor. Faces are blurred before anything is kept.

Where the line costs you

How long the line at the counter gets, at what hour, and how many people put things down and leave. Then the rule that fixes it, like opening a second till when the line hits four.

You send footage. We send answers.

Five business days from footage to report. Here is what happens on each of them.

  1. Day 0

Send us a week of footage.

Ten minutes on your recorder. We walk you through it, or in Philadelphia we come and do it for you.

  2. Days 1 to 4

    We do the watching.

Every hour of footage gets measured, then a person reviews the results. You do nothing.

    1. Reading camera 2: the front door, the floor and the counter.
    2. Faces blurred before anything is kept. Shoppers are followed by their footprints.
    3. 128 shoppers waited at the hardware wall for over a minute. 14 reached the register.
    4. The checkout line reached 9. Seven people left it.
    5. Promo endcap: 886 walked past, 53 stopped. The front table stopped 19%.
    6. A person checks every finding against the clips.
    7. Your note: move the promotion to the front table.
  3. Day 5

    Your report lands.

The numbers, what they mean, and the three changes worth making first. Read it, then decide if it was worth $750.

Then, every Monday, one thing to change.

After the report, Growth sends a short note each Monday morning. The subject line is the fix. The reason sits under it, with the number behind it, and two buttons.

Tap Done or Can't. Next Monday opens with whether it worked, or with a different fix if you could not do that one.

The sample store's note. The buttons work from the email, no login.

Nearly 400 times in one week, a shopper picked something up and put it back.

The register never saw it. The cameras did. In one specialty store's week: 272 visits counted and measured rather than estimated, 7.3% of them ending in a purchase, and 398 pickups against 20 sales. That gap is where the revenue hides, and it is what the report is about.

Both need nothing installed. We work from footage exported off the recorder you already own. No contracts, no setup fees. Your shoppers stay anonymous, and there is no facial recognition, ever.

Good questions.

What owners ask before they book. Don't see yours? Email us.

Do I need to buy or install anything?
No. Both the report and Growth work from footage exported off the camera recorder you already own, a ten-minute job we have simple guides for. Nothing gets installed in your store.
When do I pay?
After you have read your report. If it does not teach you something worth $750, you do not pay. Growth is month to month; cancel whenever you like.
Is this legal and private? Do you identify my customers?
Your shoppers stay anonymous. There is no facial recognition, ever. Faces are blurred in anything we keep, and your original footage is deleted after we have analyzed it. Refund clips are stored only if you are on a monthly plan, and you control how long they are kept.
My recorder is an old off-brand box. Will it work?
Almost certainly. If it can save video to a USB stick, and nearly all of them can, we can use it. Email us a photo of your recorder and we will tell you exactly which buttons to press. In Philadelphia, we come and do it for you.
Do I need Square?
Not for the report, which works from footage alone. Square is only needed for refund matching on Growth, since that is where the refund data comes from, and the connection is read-only: we see amounts and times, never card numbers.
